General conditions of Sale:

1 • THE ORDER

Inside the catalog you will find the order form to be filled in and sent by fax to 0171 1900259 or by e-mail to info@riservaditalia.it.

It is also possible to place orders through our website www.riservaditalia.it.

However, order fulfillment is always subject to the possibility of supplying raw materials, packaging and accessories on time.

2 • PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

The prices indicated in this catalog include the cost of packaging and net of transport and VAT, which will be charged on the invoice, in relation to the rates established by law.

3 • PAYMENTS

A 5% discount is applied for payment by bank transfer in advance. Payment by bank receipt is reserved exclusively for 2015 Customers and must be authorized in advance by our sales office, at the time the order is defined.

4 • PACKING

All packages are packed in resistant screen-printed cartons suitable for transport. The indicative weight is indicated for each article.

5 • THE PORT

The port is understood to be FREE to the customer’s domicile in a single delivery to the GROUND floor, for amounts exceeding € 500.00 + VAT. For smaller orders, free port is agreed with a charge of € 36.00 + VAT on the invoice.

6 • SHIPPING COSTS (Single address)

The cost of transport to a single address is €13.00 per single package. From 3 packs upwards, the shipping cost remains fixed at € 36.00.

For purchases over € 500.00 (excluding VAT and transport) the transport costs are FREE.

7 • DELIVERY

If delivery to the floor is requested, € 30.00 + VAT will be charged (up to two pallets). If the place of delivery is in the restricted traffic area and/or historical centre, a lump sum of €10.00 + VAT will be charged. If a forklift is not available and a vehicle equipped with a tail lift is requested, a lump sum of € 10.00 + VAT will be charged.

8 • THE GOODS

The goods are always understood to be sold in the factory and the execution of the contract is completed with the delivery of the goods to the person in charge of the transport. The customer must therefore, in his interest, check the goods upon arrival before making the collection by checking their status, identity, and number of packages with the DDT of the shipment, immediately advancing any disputes to the courier. The signature of the DDT proves that the goods received are compliant and after 8 days it is understood that it is also compliant in terms of quantity and quality. Anything not expressly described in the contents of each package is to be considered as a decorative element for photographic purposes only.

9 • CONCEPT DAMAGES

In the event that the goods are collected by the recipient “without reserve” and anomalies or breakages emerge from a subsequent check, it is essential to notify Riserva d’Italia by fax on 0171 1900259 within three days of the delivery date.

10 • DELIVERY TIMES

The average delivery time is 8 – 10 working days from the confirmation of your order by our sales office.

It is also the unquestionable right of the company not to accept orders and/or possibly postpone the delivery date of existing orders due to force majeure.

11 • AVAILABILITY

The company reserves the right to replace products that may not be available at the time of preparation of the order, with others of equal quality and value without notice.

12 • SINGLE SHIPPING SERVICE

Shipments of individual packages are organized by us via express courier which ensures delivery in the shortest possible time. The cost for delivery to each individual address is €13.00 + VAT.

Transport costs will be charged on the invoice. This service will be valid only for orders, lists of recipients and any greeting cards received strictly no later than the deadline of 1 December.

Riserva d’Italia declines all responsibility for delivery delays attributable to the courier, to force majeure or to addresses provided incorrectly or incompletely. It is very important to indicate the recipient’s telephone number.

In case of inaccuracies on the addresses provided or in the absence of the recipient, the courier will open a stock. Subsequently it will be possible to request a new delivery. The cost is €15.00 for storage and €13.00 for release and subsequent re-delivery.

13 • DATA PROCESSING

Dear Customer We inform you that, with the execution of your order, the need will arise to process the data you have transmitted to our structure in electronic, magnetic and paper format. Riserva d’Italia declares that it complies with the security measures envisaged by current privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 196/03 of 06/30/2003) and therefore requests authorization to process the aforementioned data.

14 • JURISDICTION

For any controversy as of now the Court of Cuneo (CN) is considered exclusively competent.
